By accessing or using the Luddy website, mobile application, or related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and any policies incorporated into them.

If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use Luddy.

Luddy is designed to support language practice through guided setup, character-based chat, voice calls, and learning progress tools. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with the experience of others.

You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer protected systems except where allowed by law, or use Luddy to create harmful, abusive, deceptive, or infringing content.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity that occurs under your account.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and may need to meet minimum age or legal capacity requirements in order to use Luddy.

Certain Luddy features may require credits, a subscription, or other paid access. Pricing, renewal terms, and billing details may be presented separately in-product or by the relevant app marketplace.

Unless stated otherwise, purchases are non-refundable except where required by law or by the billing platform that processes the transaction.

Luddy and its related software, design, branding, copy, interfaces, and product materials are protected by intellectual property laws and remain the property of Luddy or its licensors.

You retain rights in content you submit where applicable, but you grant Luddy the rights reasonably necessary to host, process, display, analyze, and improve the service using that content.

Luddy may generate responses, feedback, or learning suggestions using automated systems. Those outputs are provided for general educational use and may not always be complete, accurate, or appropriate for every situation.

You are responsible for how you interpret and use generated content, especially if you rely on it outside a learning context.

Luddy may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated, if misuse is detected, if the service is at risk, or if continued access would create legal or operational problems.

You may stop using Luddy at any time, and future account deletion tools or support channels may provide additional options for account closure.

Luddy is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, flawless performance, or that every feature will always meet your expectations.

To the extent allowed by law, Luddy and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to use of the service.

Luddy may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after updated terms become effective means you accept the revised terms.

When material changes are made, Luddy should update the effective date and provide reasonable notice where appropriate.
