Delete Your Account
You can request deletion of your Luddy account directly from the mobile app.
How to Request Account Deletion
Open the Luddy mobile app and sign in to the account you want to delete.
Go to your account settings, choose Delete Account, then type delete when prompted to confirm the request.
After you submit the request, Luddy shows a confirmation that your deletion request has been received.
What Happens Next
Your account is deactivated immediately after the deletion request is accepted.
Luddy permanently deletes the account and related account data after 7 days.
The app signs you out after the deletion request is confirmed.
Confirmation Email
Luddy sends an email confirming that your account deletion request is in progress.
If you receive a deletion email but did not request account deletion, contact support immediately.
Data Removed
The deletion process removes your Luddy user account and associated records such as authentication tokens, app configuration, conversations, conversation messages, call logs, learning progress, credits, metrics, billing records, and related content stored by Luddy.
Some information may be retained only where required by law, security needs, dispute resolution, or app marketplace billing rules.
